The location of the hotel is very convenient, right in the heart of the village and within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. According to one guest, the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful in suggesting places to visit. Another reviewer mentioned the quick access to the ski slopes, although it is worth noting that the ski valet service is not located at Golden Peak. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with top-notch amenities such as floor-to-ceiling windows and a marble-accented bathroom with a rain shower.
One reviewer mentioned that the staff at the hotel was aloof and snobbish at times.

Deluxe hotel, great location, we booked a deluxe studio and loved it. Stuff was amicable, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to downtown. Spent a nice evening at Sweet Basil, located a short walk to the venue.

We were provided with a personal concierge who helped us make dinner and lunch reservations, as well as suggesting fun activities in the area. The property had a beautiful mountain side, giving us the perfect backdrop for our stay.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par.

The rooms were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains. The elegant decor and spaciousness made for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the personal assistant program was a great convenience, as they helped with transportation and dinner reservations. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shopping.
The noise level was a bit high, especially being on the second floor. It was a bit disruptive to hear all the trucks and conversations happening outside.

The location of this luxury lodging is unbeatable, with easy access to the gondola and stunning views of the mountains. The room was well-appointed with modern amenities, including a rainforest shower and state-of-the-art lighting controls. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service and even a personalized concierge. The on-site facilities, such as the upscale dining options and entertainment options, made for a truly enjoyable stay.
The housekeeping service could be improved, as they tended to arrive later in the afternoon when guests were back from their activities.

This hotel provided us with a gift package of snacks and a fireplace already burning, making our stay even more cozy and welcoming. The location is unprecedented, allowing us to enjoy great snow and a unique setting unlike any place we've stayed in before. The room was well-appointed with high-end appliances and amenities, and the bathroom was luxurious and fully stocked with Aveda products. The staff provided excellent service, anticipating all of our needs and attending to them promptly. The facilities, such as the pool, bowling alley, and movie theater, were an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside was that the breakfast options were limited and not as diverse as we had hoped for.

We enjoyed the convenience of having multiple restaurants within walking distance, offering a variety of dining options to suit our tastes.
We were hoping for a more attentive and friendly experience during our romantic getaway. Additionally, the housekeeping service was not up to par, as we noticed some cleanliness issues in our room.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is steps away from coffee, bowling, movies, and shopping. Additionally, it is close to the One gondola, making it convenient for skiing. The staff is friendly and quick in responding to any concerns you might have, ensuring a pleasant stay. Furthermore, the rooms are well-appointed, with spacious bedrooms and modern amenities, such as plasma televisions and docking stations.
The living room and dining room in some units may feel dark and stuffy due to the size and placement of windows, which can be disappointing for guests seeking a brighter atmosphere.

We had a fabulous vacation at this luxury lodging property. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating all our needs, including providing a raw potato for a burn. The residence was spotlessly clean and generously upgraded to a large 2 bedroom plus closed den. The fully stocked kitchen and state-of-the-art amenities made our stay comfortable and luxurious. The on-site features like upscale dining, bowling, and a movie theater were a bonus. The staff's sincere and kind service made our parents' anniversary memorable.
The hotel could improve on their auto valet service, as it took longer than expected for our car to arrive at the porte.

We recently had a romantic getaway at a luxurious property in Colorado's mountains. We loved the impeccable cleanliness of the well-appointed rooms, and the top-notch service we received from the staff. The property's location was also perfect, offering us easy access to the nearby ski lifts and thrilling mountain views. Plus, we appreciated having access to exclusive features, such as a great kitchen that made cooking enjoyable.
The windows were small and poorly placed, making it difficult to let fresh mountain air in, and the sofa bed offered to us was uncomfortable. We didn't feel that we got our value for the price and would have preferred to stay at a different property.

During our stay at the bike-friendly residence, we were impressed with its convenient location, nestled between Bangkok and Vail. The staff at the property were quick to address any concerns, ensuring our biking experience was seamless. The well-equipped room had a spacious bathroom and the service was top-notch. We also enjoyed the scenic views from our balcony, perfect for relaxing after a long day of cycling. The facilities, such as the pool and movie theater, added to the overall experience.
We did encounter some noise disturbances from nearby road construction, which slightly detracted from our overall stay.

During our stay, we were impressed with the location of the resort, situated right in the heart of the village. This made it convenient for us to explore and enjoy all that Vail has to offer. We also appreciated the ski valet and locker provided by the resort, as it made our ski trips hassle-free. The staff was extremely helpful, assisting us with dinner reservations and providing suggestions for other fun activities. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The only downside was that the housekeeping service sometimes coincided with our nap time, but the staff was accommodating in ensuring that they didn't disturb us too much.
